1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GHL Funnel Cloner Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GHL Funnel Cloner Pro is a web-based software service that enables HighLevel agency owners and users to:

  • Clone entire HighLevel funnels and websites (including hundreds of pages) in minutes
  • Save cloned funnels to a personal library accessible from any device
  • Import saved funnels into any agency or sub-account location without re-cloning
  • Organize and manage funnel libraries with tags, metadata, and import history

The Service is provided via a web application and browser extension.

3. User Accounts

To use the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Have only one account per person (duplicate accounts may be terminated)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Clone funnels or websites belonging to others without their explicit permission
  • Use the Service to infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to abuse the Service beyond normal use
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate HighLevel's own Terms of Service through use of our tool
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GHL Funnel Cloner Pro. Our name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the funnel data and content you save to your library. By saving content to our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver that content to you as part of the Service.

Third-Party Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to clone and use any funnels or websites through our Service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service does not function as described
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods after the 7-day window

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or operates alongside third-party services including HighLevel / GoHighLevel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of HighLevel. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs or platforms that may affect our Service's functionality.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHL FUNNEL CLONER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your saved funnel data before terminating your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GHL Funnel Cloner Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
